Foam Nunchaku Trainer (Black)

A traditional Okinawan martial arts tool consisting of two "sticks" connected at one end by a short chain or rope. The two sections of this training tool are made out of foam with a molded plastic core. The nunchaku is most widely used in martial arts such kobudo and karate, and is used as a training item, since it allows the development of quicker hand movements and improves posture.
