It features a false-edged, deeply-bearded, 1055 carbon steel blade with intricately engraved designs and a horse head motif on the poll. This Recon Hawk throwing axe from Cold Steel is a design from knife maker Andrew Demko. Featuring a super-tough, 65Mn carbon steel blade with a robust spike on the opposite side of the axe head. A double sided sheath is provided to safely shield both the head and spike.
