Return Policy

Items purchased online can be returned for refund within 30 days from the date the shipment is received. Returned products must be in brand new condition as originally received. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer with the exception of where an incorrect item has been shipped. If you are returning an item that incurred free shipping for your order, a fee of $10 (BC, AB, SK, MB, ON), or $12 (QC, NL, NS, NB, PE, YT, NT, NU) per item will be subtracted from the refund amount to recover a portion of the original shipping costs.

Please send an email to websales@cuttingedgecutleryco.com with any comments or concerns before returning your items. Cutting Edge Cutlery Co. will not accept any return without Return Authorization acknowledgement. All unauthorized returns will not be considered for refund and will be discarded if unclaimed.

Warranty

All warranty related issues are dealt with directly through the applicable product manufacturer. If you believe there is a problem that might be a warranty related issue, feel free to contact us and we will provide you with the manufacturer's contact information. Please note that blade centering on folding knives is not considered a defect.

Exclusions

The following items cannot be returned: Wearable Products (Helmets, Gloves, etc…), Personal Grooming Products (Straight Razors, Nail Clippers, etc…), Consumable Products (Compounds, Oils, Batteries, etc…), Sharpening Tools (Stones, Rods, etc…) that are used and/or have been removed from the original packaging, Physically Damaged Items.

**Items that are physically damaged during shipping must be reported to both the courier and to Cutting Edge Cutlery Co. immediately after delivery is received.
