The new Manix 2 Lightweight Salt proudly combines all the time-tested features of this iconic design with a full-flat-ground MagnaCut blade and ultra-corrosion-resistant handle hardware. Its fiberglass-reinforced co-polymer (FRCP) handle is injection molded in vibrant yellow for high visibility and includes our signature Bi-Directional Texture pattern for a secure grip in and around the water. To ensure ease of carry and ambidextrous operation, it features a reversible tip-up wire clip, our Ball Bearing Lock™, and a fully accessible Trademark Round Hole in the blade.

One of The Best Manix Versions

This is my 4th Manix, and I think it's the best version of the Manix line. With MagnaCut steel and FRCP scales (and imho the best Spyderco lock, the CBB), this lightweight knife is a beast, highly recommended!

Good salt water knife.

I bought this knife to add to my salt water collection of Spyderco's. It's lighter than my Caribbean with the LC200N blade. The edge is razor sharp and the blade geometry is excellent. I'm a fan of leaf shaped blades. I live on the Vancouver Island so the salt series knives are a must have for this humid environment. The blade detent is good and the Magnacut steel holds an edge for a long time. It's part of my every growing rotation of knives. It's a good EDC. The Manix series of Spyderco's are the best. Great quality edc

I have always been a fan of the spyderco manix 2. Great all round knife with excellent balance of strength and utility. This is my first LW manix and I'm very pleased with every aspect of the knife.
And spyderco magnacut, doesn't get better than that!
